2:23 PMI've got a hot little system to try Bodhi Linux out on. I'm going to try updating the copy I have to the latest version so wish me luck! Of course, I'm going to post about the experience here. Why not? ;) It may take me a little time though because....

I'm going back to school to finish my degree. I think a year is a long enough break and I want to finish what I started. Of course, the degree is in Information Technology. So yeah, if you hate me, better get used to me... I'm going to be around here a while. I may be young and inexperienced, but I'm no quitter!
Anyways, thank you to everyone that gave me positive feedback, and even those of you that gave me negative feedback in a respectful manner.

Glad to hear you're sticking around! Take it form someone old and experienced, sometimes you gots to kick the trolls back under their bridge. Every successful blog has to deal with trolls at some point. It just means that they're reading and that you have enough unique viewpoints to make them think about their prejudices.

ReplyDeletebasically i wanted to point out that the comments that you get, especially the negative ones are not representative of the community as a whole. most people, and probably many of your readers just don't write comments. it is sad that it takes posts like yours to call attention to that problem, but i am glad you did. and as you can see, it motivated more positive comments too.
